jsl's current thought: This year honestly has not only been one of the most busiest years, but another coming of age journey. Now when you think of coming of age, you would think it usually occur for young teenagers. It can hit adults as well. It doesn't necessarily mean "you're growing up" it's just a realization of reality. My family was going through a really tough time. I prayed hopefully that things would get better, I laughed away the hard times to hide it, I make up excuses so I can spend time with my family, but in the end I cry to myself to sleep sometime feeling helpless. Helpless because I'm limited to what I can help with. When I was painting my nails in four different colors, it really helped me reduce my stress. Not only that, I just noticed I painted it in really bright colors, maybe that's why I calmed down a bit. There are so many difficulties in life, but in the end in order to face the reality in life, you need to accept every single color in your life. Life is full of colors; living in a black and white world wouldn't be so lively and real you know?
