jsl's current thought: If you want to find the worst baker in the world, that would be me. I can't bake crap if anything. I am very clumsy, tend to over-complicate the easiest steps, and add what it more than needed. For example I added more sugar than I should when baking the madeline cookies. They deflated and my sister always made fun of me. Hers always come out with the perfect shell shape and so moist. But did that stop me? Hell no it didn't. Thinking that this weekend was the last week of Sunday school, I baked these madelines for those little trouble makers until 4AM in the morning, and in the end they turn out to be soft and moist, but they didn't have that perfect shell shape. Yes it did crumble but it didn't deflate. My mom has always told me repetitively that with practice, you will succeed. I wonder if it's with guys? Nahhhh, but for now I'm going to practice to make the most delicious madelines in the world! or to me that is~ :)
